HumanEnos informs you about how the personal information you provide is used, its purpose, and the measures taken to protect it.

Consent for Personal Information Collection

HumanEnos provides a procedure where you can click either the "Agree" or "Do Not Agree" button regarding the collection of personal information during customer inquiries. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.※ This service (website) does not collect personal information from children under 14 years of age, nor does it post or provide information harmful to children on the website.

5-1. Destruction Procedure
Information provided by members for purposes such as membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or, in the case of paper, a separate filing system) after the purpose is fulfilled. It is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (see retention and usage period) and then destroyed. Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose other than retention, except as required by law.

Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent the recovery of records.
